Once a client’s application has been approved by iKhokha, and they have connected their device to their bank account, and set up their device, they are now ready to start transacting.

How to top up an iK prepaid balance on an iK Flyer
Select ‘prepaid‘ at the bottom of your screen.
Select ‘prepaid balance‘, then ‘top up‘.
Take note of your iKhokha prepaid balance ID – this will be the payment reference.
Take note of iKhokha’s banking details on your device screen.
Now you have two options to top up – a cash deposit or via EFT:
Top up with cash at an ABSA ATM:
Find and ABSA cash accepting ATM.
Deposit the cash into iKhokha’s ABSA bank account.
Use your iKhokha prepaid balance ID as a reference. Do not add any extra numbers or letters to the ID.
After a successful deposit, the funds will reflect in your prepaid balance.
Top up via EFT:
Log in to your online banking platform.
Send an EFT to iKhokha’s ABSA bank account.
Use your iKhokha prepaid balance ID as the payment reference.
Top ups will reflect within one working day for ABSA clients, for other banks it may take up to two working days.

How to send an iK Pay Link
Open and sign into the iKhokha app on your phone.
Tap ‘iK Pay Link‘.
Insert an amount and tap ‘Charge‘.
Add a reference and tap ‘Next‘.
Select ‘Create Pay Link‘ on the checkout screen.
Tap ‘Share Pay Link‘, or copy the link with the blue icon.
